Terms of Service

• The website is open to the general public for informational purposes.
• The admin platform and mobile apps are restricted to individuals authorised by us as clients (campaigns, candidates, party officials) or staff (field officers, callers, managers). Access is granted by invitation only.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the admin platform or the mobile apps.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

You may use the Service only for lawful, authorised political campaign activity. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorised access to the Service or any underlying data.
• Disclose, copy, sell, or transfer any voter or campaign data to any party other than the campaign that commissioned the work.
• Use the Service to impersonate any other person, harass, intimidate, or coerce voters, or to violate election law, the Indian Penal Code, the IT Act, the Representation of the People Act, or any Election Commission of India directive.
• Submit false or fabricated survey data.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or any other user's account.

Voter survey data is sensitive personal information. By accessing it through the admin platform or the mobile apps, you agree:

• To use the data only for the specific campaign that commissioned its collection.
• Not to retain copies, screenshots, or exports after the campaign concludes or after we revoke your access.
• To report any suspected unauthorised disclosure to [email protected] within 24 hours.

Breaches of confidentiality are grounds for immediate termination and may attract civil and criminal liability.

• We will operate the Service with commercially reasonable care, including encrypted transport, role-based access, and audit logging.
• We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• We will respond to support requests at [email protected] during business hours (10:00 – 19:00 IST, Mon – Sat).

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, emergency security work, or due to factors outside our control (cellular network outages, public holidays declared by competent authority, force majeure).

• You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure at [email protected].
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, the law, or threaten the security or integrity of the Service.
• On termination, your access stops, and any data you supplied is handled per our Privacy Policy.

All software, designs, brand marks, and original content of the Service are owned by Innovative Ballot Force LLP. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission. Survey data collected on behalf of a client campaign is delivered to that campaign on the terms of the underlying engagement contract.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that survey data is error-free; accuracy depends on the truthfulness of answers given by respondents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to reputation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India. Before filing any legal action, the parties will attempt resolution in good faith for at least 30 days through written correspondence to [email protected].

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
