WHAT YOU'LL DO
- ·Visit 30–60 homes per day in your booth
- ·Complete the structured household survey on the app
- ·Capture voter sentiment, local issues, and party lean
- ·Check in with your Ground Manager at end of shift
REQUIREMENTS
- ·Local to the district — you know the streets
- ·Comfortable speaking to strangers politely
- ·Own smartphone with working camera
- ·Basic reading of Gurmukhi / Punjabi / English
Pay: Daily rate + travel + completion bonus
