WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • ·Visit 30–60 homes per day in your booth
  • ·Complete the structured household survey on the app
  • ·Capture voter sentiment, local issues, and party lean
  • ·Check in with your Ground Manager at end of shift
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • ·Local to the district — you know the streets
  • ·Comfortable speaking to strangers politely
  • ·Own smartphone with working camera
  • ·Basic reading of Gurmukhi / Punjabi / English
