WHAT YOU'LL DO
- ·Assign booths and daily targets to your team
- ·Quality-check survey submissions
- ·Roll up booth-level insights to Command Centre
- ·Hire, onboard, pay your team in coordination with HQ
REQUIREMENTS
- ·1+ year of field-ops / political / sales leadership
- ·Strong comms in Punjabi + basic English / Hindi
- ·Ability to commute across your assigned district
Pay: Monthly retainer + team performance bonus
