Lead a team of 5–15 field surveyors in your constituency. Assign booths, verify quality, resolve escalations, hit daily targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • ·Assign booths and daily targets to your team
  • ·Quality-check survey submissions
  • ·Roll up booth-level insights to Command Centre
  • ·Hire, onboard, pay your team in coordination with HQ
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • ·1+ year of field-ops / political / sales leadership
  • ·Strong comms in Punjabi + basic English / Hindi
  • ·Ability to commute across your assigned district
